Responsible for the preparation of recipes


The employee will be responsible for preparing the ingredient mixes and ensuring that the recipes match the scheduled production.

  • Perform pre-op inspection of the production line
  • Ensure that the equipment is in place according to the planned production
  • Prepare dough mixes according to the planned production schedule
  • Maintain cleanliness during production and clean up the work area at the end of production
  • Adhere to plant rules and regulations, especially safety, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Transfer information to the next shift if necessary
  • Assist a coworker in difficulty nearby
  • Train the replacement employee when he/she is absent
  • Perform any other task that may be assigned by his/her supervisor or any other person in authority
  • Notify his/her supervisor of any anomaly at his/her workstation (equipment, tools, paste, etc.)
