Pancetta and parmesan pizza

1 Pâte 2000 Italian pizza crust

1 tablespoon (15 ml ) olive oil

1/2 cup (125 ml) Pâte 2000 pizza sauce

1/3 cup (75 ml) pancetta cubes

4 white mushrooms, sliced

1/4 cup (60 ml) Parmesan, shaved or grated

Black olives

Basil leaves

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Brush edge of crust with olive oil and garnish crust with Pâte 2000 pizza sauce.
Spread pancetta cubes, mushrooms, olives and Parmesan shavings. Bake in oven 12-14 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the oven and garnish with basil leaves.
Salt and pepper.
