Chicken, brie & pesto pizza

1 Pâte 2000 pesto garden LeGrand pizza crust

1 grilled chicken breast

6 slices of brie cheese

Red and yellow cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil

1 tablespoon (15 ml) chives, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, finely chopped

2 teaspoon (10 ml) pesto garden LeGrand

1 tablespoon (15 ml) pine nuts, roasted with maple syrup

Black olives

Fresh basil leaves

Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix the olive oil with a pinch of pepper and salt, garlic, chives and pesto.
Brush crust with the mixture.
Cut grilled chicken breast into strips and spread on pizza crust with brie cheese, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and olives.
Bake in oven 12-14 minutes and garnish with basil leaves.
